Official Rules

Official Rules:

• Must be 18 years old or older and a legal resident of the United States of America to enter.
• Aricoach.com is owned and operated by Arise Performance Labs, Inc. (“Arise”).
• Employees of Arise, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as the employee (collectively “Employees”) are not eligible to participate in giveaway.
• No purchase necessary. Giveaway is void where prohibited.
• Campaign Period: The Campaign Period will begin on 12:01AM PST 3/26/2021. The Campaign Period will end at 11:59PM PST 4/15/2021.
• Applicants can enter giveaway through by means specified on https://www.aricoach.com/giveaways/.
• By entering, Applicants give Arise the non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, etc. entrants’ user-generated-content submissions.
• Winner will receive: An Ari Coach phone grip and 1 Month PRO membership on the Ari Coach app, valued at $24.99 USD total. No cash alternative will be offered.
• Winner will be selected at random. Winner will be notified via email after 11:59PM PST 1/15/2020.
• By accepting the prize, the Winner consents to Arise’s use of Winner’s name and entry for purposes of advertising without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, Aricoach.com reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement Winner.
• Odds of winning depend on number of applicants.
• This giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by Popsocket, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon Fresh, nor InstaCart. These companies shall be released from any and all liability relating to this giveaway.
